Welcome to this module on team dynamics, the second instalment of the South East London Integrated Care Service (SEL ICS) line management programme.
Positive team dynamics are fundamental to the success of health and care organisations. The kind of environment you build, and the relationships and interactions this fosters, has a huge impact. Not only in terms of wider organisational goals and service user outcomes, but also regarding the performance and wellbeing of staff.
As managers of health and care teams in South East London, mastering these dynamics will equip you to lead with confidence, foster a cohesive team environment and get the best out of every individual. These positive team dynamics are fundamental to managing the diverse challenges facing health and care staff in our region, and ensuring high-quality care across our local communities.
